HSE (Health, Safety, Environmental)
Capabilities
We have a long track record of having a safe work environment at Thompson Metal Fab. For us, it is a corporate value. This strong commitment, in turn, has protected not only employees but also customers, subcontractors and the environment.
For us, the health and safety of each employee is of primary concern. In our minds, it ranks equally with production output, product quality, operating costs, and customer service. We take great care to minimize accidental injury, occupational illness, and property and business losses. We comply with all local, state and federal regulations. And we have an in-house team that administers programs and monitors compliance.
We believe that all injuries and occupational illnesses, as well as safety and environmental incidents, are preventable. Our goal is zero incidents.
With equal fervor, protecting the environment is a high priority at Thompson Metal Fab. We have implemented several steps to safeguard the environment, including programs for stormwater filtration, air quality, and hazardous waste management.
